SMG-1L-2L-6L Laboratory High Shear Mixer and Granulator

Overview

The machine is a new preparation process used in China's pharmaceutical industries in the 1980s. This machine can not only combine mixing and granulation, but also has a more prominent advantage of fast operation mode.

Compared with the traditional granulation process, its advantages are shown as follows:

(1) The amount of adhesive required for granulation is small, so the drying time is short.

(2) Granulation may be made by the existing formula without changing any process.

(3) Granulation time takes only 7-10 minutes per batch.

(4) The particle state is clear, almost spherical, and uniform. The particles are small. The density is low, so that the piece liquidity is good, easy to fill the mold cavity, the pressure is small, the piece weight is stable, reduce the labor intensity.

(5) The particles are small, the particle state is destroyed at the stamping, easy to dissolve and spread.

(6) The film surface is smooth and dense.

(7) Making particles are loose than extrusion, but closer than boiling granules.

Main Features

2.Equipped with M28 impeller which ensure excelledt granulation, even when main material and auxiliary material have big specific density difference.

3.Products are firm and uniform and high yield.

4.Can be efficiently match with drying machine.

5.Automatic judging of the terminal point of granulating process, having a good process reproducibility.

6.Agitator and chopper blade axis adopting pneumatic seal and combined machinery connection which avoid cross contamination to meet the requirement of GMP production.

7.Interlayer material container is optional to heat or cool the material which meet the requirements of different granulating process.

8.Pressure slurry charging and atomizing slurry charging is for option.

WIP washing in place system is for option.
